Resolved issues related to some invoices not being processed successfully for the UK suppliers CEF, Williams, and UPEX Yorkshire.

To prevent duplicate invoices from being imported into Fergus, it is no longer possible to import invoices multiple times into Fergus using the same supplier invoice PDF file.

Fergus users with the Reece premium integration (Fergus connected directly with your Reece account) can now see Reece in supplier list dropdown for manually imported invoices.

Released improvements for Files & Photos on desktop, including the ability to add "&" and spaces to names. File numbers have been added back since the last Files & Photos update.

Fixed bugs with user permissions for Files & Photos

Streamlined the create invoice button. Quick Invoice is now the main default option shown on the Invoicing page to create an invoice with all costs incurred so far. Invoice from Quote or Invoice from Estimate will be the main option when the Job is a Quote or Estimate.

Jobs with Variations will now show a Variations dropdown in Files & Photos section, allowing users to find Files & Photos quickly for large jobs.

We've taken your feedback into account and made some exciting visual and functionality updates to the Fergus Go mobile app ensure that commonly used actions and info are easily accessible, including:

Added an option to specify the job title, job description and customer order number before a variation is created

Added the ability to attach photos to NZ certificates

Fixed phone numbers not being able to be added to sites when creating jobs

Fixes were released for Bunnings (AUS) and Mitre 10 (NZ) to improve processing for older format invoices. A fix was also released to ensure that Bunnings (NZ) shows under supported suppliers for uploaded .CSV documents.

A new Fergus Pay dashboard is now available under Settings > Fergus Pay. Use the Fergus Pay dashboard to view the status of each invoice to see what is “processed” and “pending”. The Payouts tab makes reconciliation easy with a detailed breakdown of payouts to your bank account, and which invoices are relate to each payout.

You can now add a supplier invoice to come or supplier credit to come and add photos to these supplier docs e.g. a packing slip with the Fergus Go mobile app!

The "User can view Quote Reports" permission found under Project permissions can now be turned on / off for Full Users. Please note that this permission is not currently part of Essentials plans.

Fergus has released multiple improvements to the PDF invoice integrations with UK suppliers, including improved handling of multipage invoices, improved accuracy of sum amounts, such as subtotal, total tax amount, and total amount in an invoice, and more

We’ve added new logs to Activity Logs, indicating when users have logged in and out. You can also now filter by Log in or Log out under the Filter by event dropdown. Log ins and log outs will be recorded moving forward.

We've fixed an issue where Fergus Go mobile users were previously blocked from progressing if they needed to set up 2FA while logging in.
