Manage your team on the go! Users can now assign staff members to site visits in the Fergus Go mobile app.

We've fixed an issue in Fergus Go where some items couldn't be added to a quote.

Fergus now displays a consistent format for UK addresses throughout the platform, including address, city, county, and postcode. Postcodes are now visible throughout Fergus wherever an address is shown.

Users can now build a quote or estimate while on-site with the Fergus Go mobile app! This update includes our first stage of quotes/estimates enabling you to start pricing a new job right away.

We’ve also made a few tweaks to the Fergus Go mobile app, including improving text visibility when using dark mode, fixing an issue where cost prices weren’t recorded correctly for some users, and more.

Admins can now easily invite new users to Fergus via email and SMS. SMS is not available for those on the free plan. Learn more.

Admins can also disable users, view activity logs, and invite users to Fergus on the Users page using the three dots on the right side.

Users can now view quote briefs (quotes without costs listed) in the Fergus Go mobile app

Users can now view files, such as floor plans and diagrams, attached to jobs in the Fergus Go mobile app. Users will be able to open all file types in Fergus Go e.g. PDF, TXT provided that there is an app installed that can open it.

Site visit SMS reminders now show the correct date/time format and site address location

Fergus' Premium Integrations with Reece New Zealand and Australia now support the processing of Cash Sales Invoices and Cash Refunds.

Cash Sales Invoice documents from Reece will no longer be read as Credit Notes when synced across to Fergus.
