AI at Fergus helps you find information, get admin moving and keep jobs on track using the information already in your Fergus account.
You can ask questions or describe what you need in plain English. Fergus finds the details, prepares the work or updates supported records. You check anything important before it changes or goes to a customer.
Think of it as an extra pair of hands that already knows its way around Fergus.
How does it work?
There are no special commands to learn.
1. Ask or tell
Ask a question or describe what you want Fergus to find, prepare or update, just like you’d ask a mate.
For example:
“Draft a short, friendly follow-up email for the overdue Smith invoice.”
2. Add the details
Include the job, customer, quote, invoice, address or timeframe when you know it.
If something important is missing, Fergus can ask you for more information.
3. Check the result
Review what Fergus has found, prepared or updated. You make the final call before anything important changes or gets sent.
Where can I use AI at Fergus?
There are two AI experiences available at Fergus.
Fergus Assistant
Ask Fergus. Get the admin moving.
Fergus Assistant is built into the Fergus you already use.
At your desk, it can help you:
Find jobs, customers and site information;
Check schedules, timesheets and tasks;
Prepare everyday job admin;
Create and review quotes and invoices; and
Ask questions about reports and business information.
Fergus Assistant is also available in Fergus Go. Use it to find job details and capture time, notes and tasks while the information is still fresh. Depending on availability, you can type or speak your request.
Fergus AI

Fergus AI is a new way to work across jobs, admin and reporting.
It can help you proactively:
See work that needs your attention;
Work across jobs, customers, quotes and invoices;
