How To Use
Accessing Your Job List
Go to your Dashboard: Start from the main Fergus dashboard.
Select the “Jobs” tab: Click to open your list of active jobs.
View your list: All your jobs will appear in a clean, easy-to-read list format.
Filtering Options
Use filters to quickly narrow down your view:
Jobs & Job Phases: View full jobs, individual job phases or both
Job Type: Charge up, estimate, or quote.
Job Status: e.g. To price, In progress, To invoice.
Scheduled: Show whether a job is scheduled or not.
Created Date: Filter by when the job was created.
User or Group: View jobs assigned to specific users or teams.
Creating a Job from the Job List View
You can also create new jobs directly from the Job List View, no need to navigate elsewhere. Just click the “+ Create New” button at the top right of the Job List to get started.
Additional Features
Schedule: Click the + button in the schedule column to assign or edit a job’s schedule directly from the list view.
View Job Phases: If a job has multiple phases, view them on the left side of the list, each with its own information and progress details.
