The Status Board makes it easy to filter and navigate through your jobs without losing sight of the job’s current status.
By default, the Status Board shows you the latest active jobs. Clicking a status lets you filter the list accordingly:
What the dollar figure below each column shows
The dollar total shown under each Status Board column doesn't mean the same thing in every column:
Pending: Always shows $0 — no dollar value is calculated for this column.
Pricing: Shows the quoted sell price — the total value of the active quote or estimate before it's accepted.
Scheduling, In Progress, and Back Costing: Shows the value of actual work logged so far (time entries and materials recorded against the job) — not the quoted or accepted amount.
Invoicing: Shows a blend — uninvoiced logged work, plus the outstanding balance on invoices still awaiting approval.
Payments: Shows the outstanding unpaid balance on invoices — the amount still owed, not the original sell price.
Hover over a status to get a description of what jobs you'll find in there. If you want even more detail, hover over your profile picture and click User Preferences, then tick Show detailed help text on the status board:
