Understanding the Status Board
The Status Board gives desktop users a clear, at-a-glance view of all active jobs — their progress, current stage, and any issues that might need attention. It’s designed to help you see how jobs move through your workflow and identify potential problems early, so nothing slips through the cracks.
The Traffic Light System
To make it easy to assess job status, the board uses a simple traffic light system:
🟩 Green: The job is on track and doesn’t require action right now.
🟧 Orange: The job may need action soon.
🟥 Red: The job needs immediate attention.
For example, in the Scheduling column:

Orange means a new job still needs to be scheduled.
Red means a job has been unscheduled for over 30 days.
Green means the job is already scheduled — no action needed until the scheduled date arrives.
How Jobs Move Through the Board
Jobs progress from left to right across the Status Board as they move through your workflow.
Quoted or Estimated Jobs begin in the Pricing column and move to Scheduling once accepted.
Charge Up Jobs skip the pricing stage and start directly in Scheduling.
💡 Pro Tip: Hover over any coloured section on the Status Board to see why a job is in that stage and what steps you can take to move it forward.
You can also filter the job list to focus on specific details:
Use the filter options to sort by job type, date, or customer.
Use the search bar to find jobs quickly — for example, typing an address will only show jobs linked to that location.
