Upload via Web
Navigate to the Job Card:
Log in to your Fergus account.
Go to the specific job card where you want to upload the files, photos, and videos.
Access Files & Photos:
Within the Job Card, find the Job Overview section.
Click on Files & Photos.
Upload Files, Photos, and Videos:
You have two options for uploading:
Drag and Drop:
Select the files, photos, and videos from your computer.
Drag them to the designated upload area in Fergus.
Choose Files:
Click on Choose Files.
Browse your computer and select the files, photos, and videos you want to upload.
Confirm the selection to start the upload process
4. Verify Upload:
Ensure that the files, photos, and videos have been successfully uploaded by checking their presence in the Files & Photos section.
Note:
Please ensure that each item does not exceed 20MB in size.
Video length is limited to 30 seconds, and a maximum of 3 videos per job. Videos can also be split across job phases. Video is also only available on Fergus Go. If you have reached the limit, you will get the banner below:
If you follow the steps above, you should be able to successfully upload your files, photos, and videos to Fergus. If you encounter any issues, make sure that your files meet the required formats and size limits specified by Fergus.
Upload via the Fergus Go app
Photos:
Navigate to the Job Card: Go to the specific Job Card where you want to upload photos.
Access the Photos Tool: In the Tools section, click on the "Photos" option.
Choose Upload Location: Decide whether you want to upload photos at the job level or the job phase level. You can toggle between these options.
Initiate the Upload: Click on the "+ Add from" button located in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Select Upload Source: Choose either to upload from your "Album" or directly using the "Camera" option.
Videos:
Navigate to the Job Card: Go to the specific Job Card where you want to upload videos.
Access the Videos Section: In the Tools section of the Job Card, click on the "Videos" option.
Select the Upload Level: Choose whether you want to upload the video at the job-level or the job phase-level by toggling between the options.
Initiate the Upload Process: Click on the "+ Add from" button located at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Choose Upload Source: Select whether you would like to upload a video from your "Album" or using the "Camera" option.
Note:
Limitations on video uploads apply across both the web interface and the Fergus Go app. Once you hit the upload limit, the "+Add from" button will disappear.
If you attempt to upload a video from your camera roll or album that exceeds 30 seconds, you'll encounter an error message prompting you to try again.
