With the Fergus Go app, you can quickly upload files, photos, and videos to your jobs while on-site.
Getting Started

Navigate to the Job Card: Go to the specific Job Card where you want to upload photos.
Access the Photos Tool: In the Tools section, click on the "Photos" option.
Or through the Quick Action button on the job card (i.e. '+ Add...')
Choose Upload Location: Decide whether you want to upload photos at the job level or the job phase level. You can toggle between these options.
Initiate the Upload: Click on the "+ Add from" button located in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Select Upload Source: Choose either to upload from your "Album" or directly using the "Camera" option.
Tip: In the Fergus Go app, photos and videos are organised into two categories: those uploaded to the job and those uploaded to the job phase. If you’re having trouble locating a photo or video, make sure to check all the tabs at the top of the page.
Videos
Navigate to the Job Card: Go to the specific Job Card where you want to upload videos.

If you attempt to upload a video from your camera roll or album that exceeds 30 seconds, you'll encounter an error message prompting you to try again.
Files
Currently, the Fergus Go app allows users to upload photos and videos directly to jobs. However, uploading other file types is limited to the desktop platform. In the Fergus Go app, you can view files uploaded via the web version.
Camera Settings
Make sure photos and videos captured in the Fergus Go app are set to save automatically to your camera roll. This ensures your content is safely stored, even if you experience a poor connection
You can adjust these settings by going to the menu tab in the bottom navigation, selecting Settings, and then choosing Camera Settings.
