Cancelling your account - Australia
We're sorry to hear that Fergus didn't meet your expectations. To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:
1. Click on your profile icon, which is located next to the Help (?) button.
2. Select "Settings."
3. Choose "Billing."
4. Click on "Manage Plans."
5. Finally, select "Cancel Subscription."
Please Note: when you cancel the subscription, you will no longer be able to access your account. Should you need to access any more information, you will need to choose a paid plan.
Important things to know
We bill in arrears, which means that we charge for services after they have been provided.
Requests to cancel your subscription will be processed at the end of the month in which the request is submitted.
Your final payment will be processed at the end of that month, and after that, you will no longer incur any charges.
