How to make a job

First, you will need to click the blue New Job button at the top left of the screen which can be accessed from any page you are in Fergus.

You can also choose the Create Job option from Quick Actions if you are on the home page screen:

From there, you will be taken to the job creation page: 

Note that by default the Job is set to Charge up, if you wish to create a Quote or Estimate, click on the toggle and choose Quote or Estimate.

You can then search for or create the overall client the job is for, select or create site details (i.e. the location of the job itself and who you will be dealing with onsite), choose the job type, and enter a quick title and description like so:

Once done, you can then click the Create Job button to finalise it, and be taken to your new job card.
