Overview
Create and manage jobs on the go with the Fergus Go app, keeping your workflow on track anytime, anywhere.
Getting Started
First, you will need to tap the Create Job button in the bottom navigation which can be accessed from any page within the app. From there, you will be taken to the job creation page.
Please note: By default, the job is set to Charge up, if you wish to create a Quote or Estimate tap on the toggle and choose Quote or Estimate.
You can then search for or create the overall client the job is for, select or create site details (i.e. the location of the job itself and who you will be dealing with onsite), choose the job type, and enter a quick title and description like so:
Once done, you can then click the Save button in the top right corner to finalise it, and be taken to your new job card.
If you have created a Charge Up job, you will be asked whether you would like to Assign or Schedule it.
If you have created a Quote or Estimate job, you will be asked whether you would like to create a Quick Quote or Estimate.
