Overview
Bunnings Price Books work a little differently to other price book integrations in Fergus. Because Bunnings trade pricing is account-specific, you can’t enable the integration straight away - you first need to request access through Fergus, and Bunnings will manually review and approve your request before your price books become available.
⚠️ Before you start: You must be an active Bunnings Trade Account customer to request access. You’ll be asked for your Bunnings PowerPass account number (or PowerPass card number) when you submit your request.
Before you begin
Make sure you have:
An active Bunnings Trade Account
Your Bunnings PowerPass account number or PowerPass card number
Your business contact details (company name, contact name, phone, email)
The Bunnings (Price Books) integration enabled in your Fergus account
Step 1: Open the Bunnings (Price Books) integration
In Fergus, go to Settings → Integrations and open the Bunnings (Price Books) integration. You’ll see a Price Book Integration panel explaining that Bunnings Trade Account customers must request access before their price books can be enabled.
Click Request Access to open the request form.
Step 2: Submit your request
Complete the Request Price Book Access form. The information you enter here is shared with Bunnings so they can verify your trade account and make sure you have access to the correct PowerPass and trade category pricing.
Bunnings price books include a master product list plus additional category-specific lists based on your trade and account level, so it’s important your details match the account you trade under.
Account Details
Provide one of the following:
PowerPass number: your Bunnings PowerPass account number, or
Card number: your PowerPass card number.
You only need to provide one of these - whichever you have on hand.
Contact Details
These details help Bunnings verify your business, so make sure they match your PowerPass account.
Customer Name (required): your company name.
Contact (required): the primary contact person’s name.
Phone (required): a contact phone number.
Email (required): your work email address.
Website (optional): your business website, if you have one.
Once everything is filled in, click Send Request at the bottom of the form.
💡 Tip: Double-check that your company name, contact, and PowerPass details exactly match what Bunnings has on file. Mismatches are the most common reason a request is held up.
Step 3: What happens next
Once you’ve submitted your request, Bunnings will manually review your trade account details.
You'll know your request has been approved when the Bunnings (Price Books) integration in Fergus automatically changes to Connected. Your Bunnings price books will then appear in Fergus the following day - there’s nothing else you need to do. Once they’re available, you can start using Bunnings pricing in your quotes and estimates straight away
