Setting up Automated Price Books with Mico

Connect Fergus with Mico to automatically receive up-to-date pricing and product information directly into your Price Book.

Overview

Automated Price Books with Mico allow you to receive up-to-date pricing and product information directly into Fergus.

Once set up, your Mico Price Book will be sent to Fergus automatically, so you don’t need to manually upload or maintain pricing files.

This helps you:

  • Keep your pricing accurate and up to date

  • Save time on manual data entry

  • Reduce the risk of errors when quoting and invoicing

Before you start

Make sure you have a login to the Mico Trade Portal: https://trade.mico.co.nz/

Step 1: Enable the Mico Integration in Fergus

  1. In Fergus, click the Settings ⚙️ icon in the top right corner

  2. Select Integrations from the left-hand menu

  3. Find Mico in the list (or use the search bar)

  4. Click the Mico integration

  5. Toggle the integration on

Once enabled, Fergus will generate a unique email address. Make sure you copy this email address as you'll need it for the next step.

Step 2: Set up Scheduled Price Files in Mico

  1. Log in to the Mico Trade Portal: https://trade.mico.co.nz/

  2. Click your Profile icon

  3. Select Settings

  4. Click Scheduled Price Files in the left-hand menu

Then enter the following:

  • Email address: Paste the unique Fergus email address

  • Email preference: Set to Enabled

  • Filter: Select Mico Complete Price File

  • Format: Select Fergus Price File

  • Click Save

What happens next?

Mico will automatically send your Price Book to Fergus using the configured schedule.

Your Fergus Price Book will update with the latest pricing and product information, so you can quote and invoice with confidence.
