Q - What is Klarna?

Klarna is a Buy Now, Pay Later payment option that allows your customers to split their invoice into 3 or 4 interest-free payments (depending on your region).

  • The customer pays Klarna in installments

  • Installments are interest-free (subject to Klarna's terms

Customers will see the option to pay in installments directly in the payment portal:

Q - How does Klarna work?

If Klarna is enabled on your account:

  1. The customer selects Klarna when paying an invoice

  3. If approved, the customer can split the payment into 3 or 4 installments depending on your region.

  4. You are paid immediately through Fergus Pay
