Job Card Overview

On the home page, you will find two tabs at the top: the Schedule tab and the Assign tab. The Schedule tab displays all the jobs you have been scheduled for, whereas the Assign tab shows all the jobs that have been assigned but not yet scheduled.

To view details about a specific job, tap on the job card in the schedule and assign screens. At the top of the job card, you’ll find the following information:

  • The Timer: Use the timer on this page to monitor your work time. Press to begin when starting a task and stop it once it is completed.

  • The Job Phases: Here, you can see the total phases involved in the job.

  • Site Address: This indicates the job's address; tap the map icon for directions.

  • Key Contact Details: Utilise the call or message icons for quick communication with the site or main contact.

Job Card Tools

In this section of the job card, you can see all the tools available for use onsite.

  • Time Entries: Track your work time by tapping Time Entries. Use the plus button to enter start and end times manually and a description of the completed work. To log uncharged time, such as breaks, tap "Uncharged Time," select the duration, and add a reason (e.g., "unpaid break"). After saving your entry, Fergus will ask whether your work is complete or if you need to return, helping update job progress for admin staff.

  • Assign and Schedule: View who's assigned to the job and check their schedules.

  • Photos, Videos, Files, and Notes: Access all media and notes uploaded to the job by tapping into each section.

  • Forms: View and complete any forms assigned to the job. Simply tap a form, fill it out, and submit it when ready.

  • Hazards: Mark a job as hazard-free or log new hazards. Tap the plus button to report a hazard, fill in the required fields, and save.

  • Checklists: Complete assigned checklists on-site, similar to forms.

Bottom Navigation Tools

  • Calendar: View your jobs in calendar format with daily or multi-day views. Jump between dates as needed.

  • Search: Find jobs quickly using the search bar. Search by job number, title, address, or customer name.

  • Timesheet: View your daily jobs and check whether you've logged time. Tap the plus button on any job to add a time entry or add uncharged time for activities like meetings or training.

  • Menu Access additional features, including:

    • Notifications to view your notification list

    • Notice Board for company-wide messages (tap plus to post)
