If you forgot to send an invite to setup user account or you wish to re-send an invite, this article will go over how to send an invitation from the user profile.
To send or re-send an invite to a user, head to ⚙ Settings > Users and click on the User you would like to send an invite to. From there, click on the Invite User to Fergus button on the far-right end of the screen.
You can either send only the SMS, Email or both Email & SMS invitations by selecting the preferred option.
You will then be asked to fill in the details to send the invitation to before hitting Send.
Please note:
A valid email address is required to send an email invitation
A valid mobile number is required to send an SMS invitation
If a user was created prior this new feature, it is not possible to re-invite since the admin has already set the password initially.
However, the admin can either send a reset password email for the user or you can get in touch with Support to reset the user password from our end manually.
