What to do if you see this error message on your synced invoices

This happens when the website in your Xero for the customer or supplier you are sending the invoice to is not valid.

Troubleshooting

  1. In Xero, go to the customer/supplier contact details, and update the website of the customer/supplier

  2. Once done, head back to Fergus invoice in question to resend to Xero.
