When to use:
If it turns out there has been a mistake or miscommunication of where the site address is, you can adjust it in two different ways - either by changing the site address in the Job Summary or editing the site address in the Sites page:
How to use:
Changing the site address
To change to a different site address, click the ❌cross button from the Site section. From here you can choose same Address as the Customer, add a New Site Contact & Address or search for existing Sites. Adding a New Site Contact & Address applies when the customer is a landlord and the site contact is the tenant.
Editing the site address
You can edit the site address by clicking on the site address hyperlink on the job card > Job Summary.
This will open the Site page showing the Contacts by default. From here you can click on Address on the Menu to edit the site address and postal address. Click Save to keep the changes.
Note: Editing this info will reflect the changes across all jobs with this site address.
