Where to find your draft jobs
Draft jobs don't appear in the main Job List because they haven't been assigned a job number yet — that only happens once a draft is converted into an actual job.
The quickest way to find all your drafts is right from the Home page. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and you'll see a Drafts button in the footer bar. The number next to it shows exactly how many drafts you currently have saved. Click it to view and access all of them.
💡 Tip: The Drafts button is at the very bottom of the Home page, alongside To Be Archived and Recurring Jobs. The number badge updates automatically as drafts are added or removed.
How draft jobs are created
Drafts are typically created when you start a job or quote but don't finish it. For example, using Create Quote or Estimate from the Home screen takes you straight into a draft quote without creating a full job first. Make sure to save your work manually so it's not lost.
Removing draft jobs
Draft jobs are automatically deleted after 7 days.
If you'd like to clear them out sooner, open the draft and continue where you left off — either completing and converting it into a job, or discarding it.
