Why did I get charged after cancelling?
Fergus bills in arrears β meaning you are charged after a month of service has already been provided, not in advance. So any charge you see after cancelling is for time you already had access to Fergus, not a new charge going forward.
Example: If you cancel on 15 March, your subscription remains active until 31 March. Your final invoice is generated on 1 April, covering March's usage. This is your last charge β you will not be billed again after that.
When does billing stop?
Billing stops after your final invoice, which is generated on the 1st of the month following your cancellation. No further charges will apply unless you choose to resubscribe.
