Enquiries in Fergus Go

Overview

When you are out on the go and receiving a phone call or message from a customer, you can direct them to fill out your enquiry form with the Fergus Go app.

Getting Started

  1. Make sure you have Enquiries enabled in your Fergus settings

  2. In Fergus Go, tap on the "Menu" button at the bottom of the screen, and then tap on "Enquiries"

  3. From there, tap on the share button at the top of the screen to send out a reply to your customer that directs them to your enquiry form.

    The share button will automatically send the following:

    "Thank you for contacting us, please fill out this contact form <Your enquiry form link> with the details of your job and we will get back to you as soon as possible. - <Your company name>"

  4. Once the customer has filled out the form & submitted it, you will receive a notification from Fergus Go and can view & action the enquiry at a later point in time. The enquiry in Fergus will have the job address and description provided by the customer and can be converted into a job.

By following these steps, you can effectively manage customer enquiries without interrupting your work on-site. Fergus ensures that you stay connected with your customers, helping you provide excellent service and capture new opportunities wherever you are.
