Overview

In Fergus, you can record hazards against jobs using both the desktop and Fergus Go app. All logged hazards automatically feed into the Compliance Report, giving you a clear overview of your team’s health and safety performance.

This guide focuses on the Compliance Report.

For details on how to record hazards, see our separate guides for Desktop and Fergus Go.

Accessing the Compliance Report

  1. Go to the Health & Safety tab in the Quick Actions menu on your home screen.

  2. Select Compliance Report from the left-hand menu.

You can also access it from the Reports dropdown under the Staff section.

Understanding the Report

The Compliance Report displays a list of your employees with detailed safety statistics for each team member, including:

  • Total jobs completed

  • Number of hazards recorded

  • Jobs and hazards mitigated

  • Hazards reported

  • Jobs marked as hazard-free

To dig deeper, click on a staff member’s Reported Hazards, Hazard-Free Jobs, or Overall Jobs.

This opens a list of relevant jobs for that category. You can then click any job number to open its Job Card directly.

Filtering and Exporting

At the top of the report, you can:

  • Adjust the date range to narrow your results.

  • Download the report as a CSV for sharing, record keeping, or further analysis.

Conclusion

The Compliance Report is a key tool for tracking site safety, monitoring hazard management, and ensuring your team follows best practices in the field.
Regularly reviewing this report helps maintain accountability and a strong health and safety culture across your business.
