  3. At the top, you will find two tab options - Manual or From File

  4. Select The From File tab

  5. This will take you to your device's file explorer, where you can select the work order you want to upload.

  6. Upload the file

  7. If Fergus finds all the necessary information, you’ll go straight to the job card.

Things to Know

  • If you upload a PDF work order missing some important details, or if we can’t complete the job creation with the information given, don’t worry! We’ll switch back to a manual process. In this situation, Fergus Go will gather as much information as possible from the work order to assist you in creating the job.

  • If Fergus is unable to extract any data, you'll be prompted to verify that the file is accurate. Please take a moment to double-check and try again.

  • If a duplicate file is uploaded, Fergus will promptly notify you and allow you to choose from several options:

    • Upload New File

    • Proceed with creating the new job

    • Go to the existing job.

  • If you’ve started creating a job manually and then decide to upload a Work Order file, please be aware that the uploaded file will entirely override any information you’ve entered. But no need to worry! Fergus will notify you to ensure you're fully informed before this occurs.

Conclusion

With just a few quick taps on your device, you can easily complete the whole process! Say goodbye to wasting precious time on tedious manual data entry—enjoy a smooth and efficient job creation experience that lets you concentrate on what really matters to you.
