Getting Started
To enable integration with your supplier, follow these steps:
1. Click on the profile icon located in the top right corner and navigate to settings.
2. In the left-hand settings menu, select "Integration Center."
3. Find your supplier in the list of options and click on their name.
4. Click "Enable".
Activating the integration generates a distinct email address for sharing with your supplier. When they send invoices or price book files to this email, the integration will automatically receive and add them to your Fergus account.
Please Note: This same email should be used for invoices and price files. Each supplier will have their unique email address in Fergus, so ensure you are using the email specific to their integration settings.
Head to your supplier's portal and log in. Once you are logged in, navigate to "My Account" on the right, then scroll down and select "Document Request" on the left-hand side under "Download Center."
Click on "Schedule Request" and choose the document type. To set up invoices click on "File Type," and select "Fergus." Then, choose the frequency for the invoices to be sent to Fergus. We recommend selecting "Daily."
Next, paste your unique Fergus email into the email section. Finally, click the "Schedule" button at the bottom to submit your request.
To set up automatic price files, select "Price File" as the document type. Again, choose "Fergus" under "File Type."
Adjust the frequency and select the product range to be included in the price file. Once more, paste your unique Fergus email into the email section and click "Schedule" when you are ready.
