Apple offers a program called Configurator 2 which makes it easy to deploy iPad, iPhone, iPod touch, and Apple TV devices in your business.

This article explains how to use Blueprints, which are restrictions that can be applied to each of your devices: http://help.apple.com/configurator/mac/2.3/#/cad5b401e306
