How to add an email conversation to your job history

To save a chain of emails to a job, you have two options:

  • You can copy-paste the email into the job's Notes & History.

  • You can save the email to a file and attach that to the job's Files & Photos (on our Professional plan)

To save your email, look for a Save As option in your inbox and choose either PDF or Word Document.
