This guide will walk you through the process of connecting your Fergus to your Mico Trade Portal account. This integration enables seamless data synchronisation between the two platforms, streamlining your workflow and ensuring accurate information across your business systems. The setup process takes just a few minutes and requires Admin access to your Mico Trade Portal account.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Access Your Mico Trade Portal Account:
    Log in to your Mico Trade Portal account as an Admin user by visiting: https://trade.mico.co.nz/

  2. Navigate to Your Profile:
    Once logged in, click on your Profile icon

  3. Open Settings:
    From the profile menu, select Settings.

  4. Access Accounting Software Options
    Within the Settings menu, select Accounting Software.
    ​

  5. Connect to Fergus
    Click the option to Connect to Fergus.

  6. Verify the Connection in Fergus

    The Fergus Settings page will open. To confirm that the integration has been completed successfully:

    • Navigate to the Integration Centre within the Fergus settings

    • Locate the Mico integration in the list

    • Verify that the status shows as Connected

    When you see the "Connected" status, you'll know the integration has been established successfully.
