Fergus's Certification Report simplifies managing certificates across multiple jobs and clients by centralising all certificate information. It allows you to track progress, verify completion, check delivery status, and access documents easily, streamlining your workflow and helping you stay organised and compliant.

Accessing the Certification Report

  1. Navigate to Reports: Click the Reports button located in the top-right corner of your Fergus dashboard.

  2. Find the Report: Scroll to the bottom of the reports list to locate the Certification Report.

Key Features and Functions

The Certification Report offers several ways to customise and filter your certificate data:

  • Date Range: Adjust the date range using the controls in the top-right corner to view certificates from specific time periods

  • Search: Use the search bar to quickly find specific certificates

  • Export Data: Download the complete report as a CSV file for external analysis or record-keeping

  • Filter Options: Apply filters by:

    • Employee Signature

Certificate Information Display

Each row in the report displays essential certificate details:

Job and Customer Information

  • Job number

  • Customer name

  • Site address

Certificate Details

  • Certificate number

  • Certificate type

  • Completion status

  • Delivery status (whether it's been sent)

  • Creation date

  • Completion date

Personnel and Verification

  • Employee who completed the certificate

  • Digital signature status

Viewing Completed Certificates

On the far right of each row, you can view any completed certificate by clicking to open the finalised PDF document. This allows you to quickly access and review the final certificate without leaving the report interface.
