You can easily capture customer enquiries through your Facebook business page by adding your Fergus web enquiry form. Here’s how to set it up:
Step 1: Enable the Enquiry Form in Fergus
Log in to Fergus and go to Settings > Web Enquiries.
Enable the form and copy the form URL.
Step 2: Add the Enquiry Form to Facebook
Go to your Facebook business page and click Add Action Button on the right (...) menu.
Select Contact Us as your call-to-action.
Paste your Fergus contact form URL in the provided field and Save.
Your Facebook visitors can now click the button to submit enquiries directly into your Fergus account.
This setup allows you to capture leads from Facebook and manage them seamlessly in Fergus.
