The Customer Invoice Report provides a comprehensive overview of your invoices, helping you track their status, payments, and syncing with your accounting package.

Why Use This Report?

This report is great for tracking all invoices in one place, checking payment statuses, and ensuring invoices sync properly with your accounting software. It’s also helpful when reviewing paid invoices that are no longer on your status board.

Accessing the Customer Invoice Report

  1. Click the Reports button in the top right corner.

  2. Select Customer Invoice Report from the list.

Understanding the Report Layout

Invoice Information

The report is structured to give you key invoice details at a glance:

  • Job Number – Click to go directly to the associated job.

  • Customer and Site Address – Displays the linked customer and location.

  • Invoice Number – Click to open the invoice in Fergus.

Invoice Status and Details

Each invoice includes the following key details:

  • Invoice Type

  • Delivery and Payment Status

  • Total (Including Tax)

  • Invoice Date & Due Date

You’ll also see a View button, which, like the invoice number, takes you straight to the invoice.

Syncing with Your Accounting Package

If your invoices are linked to an accounting package, you’ll see an icon indicating their sync status.

If you see a Red ❌ – The sync failed. Hover over the symbol to see the error message.

Exporting the Report

You can download the Customer Invoice Report as a CSV file using the button in the top right corner.
