Since it is a cloud based system, Fergus only has limited offline access and the website can only be accessed with an internet connection.
As a result, we recommend using the system while connected to the internet for you to be able to use all the features, but if you are going into an area with poor reception you can open the job in the mobile app before you depart so that all job info is loaded and stored offline. 

You can then use the app for this job offline, and info will be uploaded when you return to an area with reception. However, you will not be able to open other jobs until the app can connect to the internet again.
