Enable our handy SMS integration to start sending SMS messages from within Fergus.

To get started, hop over to your Profile icon on the top right corner of the page > ⚙ Settings > Integration Centre > SMS and hit Enable:

We'll get you started with 20 free text messages to try out the service, and from then on you can buy more messages in bundles of 100.

Every reply will send you a notification in your Notifications screen. Messages relating to a job will also appear in that job's Notes & History.

Your customers may be charged for replying to your SMS.

Now, let's take a closer look at the pricing and features based on your region:

For UK Accounts:

  • The cost is £8 per 100 text messages.

  • Please be aware that we do not currently support text replies for UK accounts.

For NZ, AU and Canada Accounts:

  • The pricing is set at $15 per 100 text messages.

  • SMS replies are included for NZ and AU accounts

Because messages come from an SMS number assigned by our SMS provider, we cannot guarantee which SMS number the messages will be sent from.

We recommend that you include your company name in your messages as the 'Sender' number changes with each reply sent from Fergus. Our SMS templates include your company name by default.

Note that we cannot guarantee that SMS replies will be received after 48 hours as the shared SMS number can be re-used by our SMS provider.
